Dynamic Heat Generator (DHG)

The Dynamic Heat Generator (DHG) is Island City Engineering's proprietary, flameless, shear-type thermal technology, originally developed to solve critical engine operational issues like over-cooled charge air and poor combustion. Utilizing the principle of mechanical energy conversion, the DHG efficiently generates controlled heat by transferring mechanical energy directly into thermal energy within a liquid medium, eliminating the need for burners or fuel injection.

This system provides significant thermal capabilities for engine pre-heating, rapid liquid heating, and process heating, with current models easily adapting to dedicated self-contained hydrostatic pump systems (HSPMS). The DHG is highly reliable and efficient, ensuring optimal engine operating temperatures for fuel efficiency, emission reduction, and continuous peak performance across diverse commercial, industrial, and military applications.
